Our Story Begins In The East
Vivian and her family immigrated from Vietnam in the 80's, bringing back a piece of their restaurant empire from the busy streets of Saigon.
Most pho in San Diego is unfortunately made with powder cubes, spice packets and blasphemous amounts of MSG (a little taste good, too much will leave an oily shine on your lips)
Vivian is committed to bringing wholesome, home-cooked recipes into the kitchen. The good folks in the UTC area deserve Pho that is flavorful, slow-cooked, and sourced with fresh ingredients.
We cook our broth with real bones, not powder.
